I’m Robert Napoli, a technology strategist and entrepreneur passionate about turning IT from a bottleneck into a true enabler of business success. With nearly 30 years of experience across healthcare, finance, and high-growth tech sectors, I founded Agile Tech Advisors to provide fractional CIO services that empower organizations to evolve. I’m not just about operational efficiency – I’m about transforming how companies leverage technology to create meaningful growth.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen countless companies struggle with technology that works in theory but fails in practice. My mission is to change that. I believe technology should seamlessly align with a company’s goals, driving growth and simplifying complexity. I’m driven by a desire to empower leaders to see IT not as a cost center but as a strategic lever that can redefine what’s possible. What A Long Strange Trip It’s Been

It started with law school, but I dropped out after my first year. While I wasn’t yet sure of my true calling, it certainly wasn’t as a lawyer.

I started out as a corporate drone and on-the-side entrepreneur. It was hard work and rewarding but it wasn’t leading me anywhere. Then I booked a one-way flight, and it changed everything.

The flight was from New York to Seattle, where I faced uncertainty as a father trying to carve out a future for my family. I headed to Seattle to pursue new opportunities in the technology sector, a place known for its innovation and potential for growth. Without a clear path ahead, I had to rely on my willingness to adapt, learn, and keep pushing forward. It was during this time that I discovered the power of technology to transform businesses – a discovery that set me on a new path.

The challenges I faced taught me three crucial lessons:

Align Technology with Outcomes: For technology to have value, it must serve specific, impactful business outcomes.

Face Complexity Head-On: Growth is about confronting challenges, not avoiding them.

Holistic Integration: True success happens when people, processes, and technology all work in harmony.

Fast forward to today, and I lead Agile Tech Advisors, partnering with ambitious companies to transform their IT landscapes. This journey wasn’t quick or easy, but it shaped who I am – and showed me that meaningful transformation is always worth the effort. Every success has been built on a foundation of perseverance, strategic vision, and a focus on empowering others through technology.
